#9540: Update package name

Hey there! Maintainer of Baileys here, the `@whiskeysockets/baileys` package name was used before we got access to the `baileys` one. Both packages have continued to [receive updates](https://github.com/WhiskeySockets/Baileys/blob/ffc019fb516a467c3639dee291136591e3314f4f/.github/workflows/publish-release.yml#L49-L60) due to people still leaving legacy code on the old package name. I recommend you move over to the new one as we are going to sunset the `@whiskeysockets/` prefix eventually. Having 1.2 million weekly downloads on the package name we intend to drop causes more delay until this change can happen. Thank you for using Baileys and excited to see the community take a project I maintain into new territory. EDIT: I'm not sure what needs to be done past these initial changes, I'm guessing you have other repos or something that require the same change.
